O’Connell, Attmore & Morris, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of four new attorneys to our firm.

New AttorneysJoshua P. Joy has worked as a Paralegal with the firm and is now an Attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department. Attorney Joy practices in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, foreclosure, insurance defense and real estate.

Stan D. Maslona joins us with trial counsel experience for plaintiff’s personal injury, automobile accidents, premises liability, slip and falls etc. He also worked for six years at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Attorney Maslona has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court and has extensive experience in both civil and criminal cases.

Marc T. Miller represents individuals and business in a wide range of complex litigation matters. Recent cases include construction litigation, contract disputes, business torts, employment disputes, real property litigation, foreclosures and landlord/tenant disputes.

Walter C. Welsh began his career as trial attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. He has held a number of roles, including tax counsel and assistant director of taxes, director of government affairs and corporate relations. Attorney Welsh is engaged in providing estate and tax planning for individuals, families and businesses. He is an adjunct professor of Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
