The Plaintiff, a 57-year-old man, was traveling home after celebrating his wife’s birthday when a juvenile drove thru a stop sign, directly into Plaintiff’s vehicle. As a result of the severe collision, Plaintiff suffered strains to his neck and back, and bilateral knee contusions causing him to miss nearly three months of work. Prior to trial, Defendant’s insurance carrier offered Plaintiff less then $10,000.00 which did not cover Plaintiff’s medical bills or lost wages and provided $0 in non-economic damages.
At trial, Attorney Maslona fought for his client, seeking the justice that his client deserved. The jury agreed. Ultimately, the jury awarded Plaintiff his full economic damages along with an additional $35,000.00 in non-economic damages.
